• Rosters are due 30 days prior to the tournament start date.
• Slots are filled on a first come, first served basis.
• Full payment is due at registration.
• SFYHA reserves the right to refuse or revoke any team. 
• Tournament cancelation refunds will only be giving when the vacated spot is filled by another team.
• Schedule will be posted at least 2 weeks prior to the tournament.
• Official rosters will be checked by tournament staff on the first game day.
• All teams must be USA Hockey Sanctioned. 
• Note: MN teams will have Player Age Classes that are per MN Hockey rules which allow for different birthdates than USA Hockey standards. Out of state players with birth year cutoffs may be up to 6 months younger than the oldest players allowed to play.
