SFYHA is excited to offer FREE registration for new Mites/8U skaters ($518 value).

SFYHA families that are registering more than one player will receive a 5% discount per player using the discount code: MFD2026 on the "Pricing" section during registration. 

SFYHA offers two payment options:

1. Pay in Full
2. Payment Plan
3. Pay your registration fees over 6 months with a $50 payment plan fee spread out over each monthly payment.
4. A minimum of $100 down-payment is due at registration.
5. Equal monthly payments will be due beginning on August 15, 2026 and the 15th of September, October, November, December and January.

SFYHA is powered by volunteers. The time, talents, and support provided by our families help create a positive experience for all players while keeping participation costs as affordable as possible.

Each family is required to complete 12 volunteer hours during the season. Volunteer hours are tracked by family, not by player, and all hours completed between May 1, 2026, and March 31, 2027, will count toward the requirement. To recognize the importance of player safety, completion of SafeSport training will count as 2 volunteer hours.

To simplify the volunteer program and ensure consistency across all families, SFYHA will collect a payment authorization during registration through Crossbar. Families who complete their 12 volunteer hours by March 31, 2027, will not be charged. Families who do not fulfill the volunteer requirement will be charged a $500 volunteer fee on April 15, 2027, using the payment method on file.

For families who prefer greater flexibility, a $500 volunteer buyout option is available during registration. Families selecting the buyout option will not be required to complete volunteer hours during the season.

To help keep hockey affordable while supporting the programs, and experiences that make SFYHA successful, each family is required to fundraise a minimum of $300 through our annual SFYHA association-wide fundraiser (Fundraiser TBD - previously the Kwik Trip Car Wash Fundraiser).

This season, SFYHA is simplifying the process by collecting a payment authorization during registration through Crossbar. Families who meet their $300 fundraising commitment by March 31, 2027, will not be charged. If the fundraising commitment is not fulfilled, the payment method on file will be charged the remaining balance.

For families who prefer a simpler option, a $300 fundraising buyout is available during registration. Families selecting the buyout option can make their contribution upfront and will not be required to participate in the annual fundraiser.

Account credits (i.e. fundraising, remaining credits from prior years) have been added to your child’s account. If you have multiple children, this was added to the youngest child’s account.

Account credits are visible in your Crossbar account, and you will be prompt to apply the credits automatically during checkout.
